            如果說(shuō)一封好的外貿(mào)開(kāi)發(fā)信是敲門(mén)磚,那么在打開(kāi)這扇門(mén)之后,怎樣才能進(jìn)入對(duì)方“家中”和他“喝茶聊天”,這個(gè)就更加重要了。
            可是往往在這個(gè)過(guò)程,很多外貿(mào)小伙伴就就已經(jīng)和小麥說(shuō)道:
             
            . 辛辛苦苦寫(xiě)的開(kāi)發(fā)信,沒(méi)有一個(gè)回復(fù)我,感覺(jué)都沒(méi)有什么效果
            .  郵件看是看了 ,但是一到寄樣報(bào)價(jià)后就沒(méi)有回復(fù)了
            .  都跟進(jìn)好些天了還沒(méi)有回復(fù),還有必要再跟嘛
            ……
             
            對(duì)于客戶(hù)不回復(fù)的原因,可以從以下兩個(gè)方面去分析。

             

             

             

             

            01

            第一次發(fā)送郵件的新客戶(hù)不回復(fù)

             

            1. 是否檢查過(guò)自己的郵件標(biāo)題或者主題行中含有敏感詞
            2. 你所聯(lián)系到的郵件聯(lián)系人,不是關(guān)鍵人,無(wú)法幫你傳達(dá)信息
            3. 郵件中的附件過(guò)大,直接進(jìn)入垃圾箱

            那么就有小伙伴疑問(wèn)了,那這種情況下的話該怎么跟進(jìn)呢,還有必要一直跟著嘛
            其實(shí)可以根據(jù)下面的一個(gè)思維,兩種方法,兩套跟進(jìn)模板來(lái)進(jìn)行。

             

            /一個(gè)思維—銷(xiāo)售漏斗

             

            首先,跟進(jìn)是必須要跟進(jìn)的,但是該用什么心態(tài)跟進(jìn)很重要,一定要心懷銷(xiāo)售漏斗,擴(kuò)大自己的底層客戶(hù)源頭。對(duì)你來(lái)說(shuō)是很重要的項(xiàng)目,對(duì)于客戶(hù)來(lái)說(shuō)可能是看不看也無(wú)妨。
            所以你完全沒(méi)有必要因?yàn)橐粌蓚€(gè)這個(gè)的客戶(hù),打亂自己的節(jié)奏,日常的工作繼續(xù)有條不紊的進(jìn)行,繼續(xù)去擴(kuò)大自己的客戶(hù)源,隔一段的時(shí)間去詢(xún)問(wèn)一下進(jìn)展就可以。

             

             

            /兩種解決方法

             

            對(duì)于已經(jīng)寄送了樣品后,但是沒(méi)有回復(fù)的,可以通過(guò)以下這些常規(guī)的方法去跟進(jìn)幾次。

             

             

            (1)Trust you have received our samples. Please let us have your feedback so we can proceed.  相信您已經(jīng)收到樣板了,請(qǐng)告知反饋這樣我們才可繼續(xù)進(jìn)展。
            (2)If you are satisfied with our samples, I believe we can move to further cooperation. For the delivery time, would you please advise your schedule? Pls try to confirm the order earlier so we can arrange everything for mass production.如果您對(duì)我們的樣品滿意,我相信我們可以進(jìn)一步合作。關(guān)于交貨時(shí)間,請(qǐng)告知您的時(shí)間表好嗎?請(qǐng)盡量早點(diǎn)確認(rèn)訂單,這樣我們就可以安排一切大批量生產(chǎn)了。
            (3)We guess that you should have received the sample sent by xx, and we trust that you will agree with the quality.If you are worried about the business in your market, we can accept a small order to help you with your market test. 我想您已經(jīng)收到我們的樣品了,質(zhì)量也應(yīng)該沒(méi)有問(wèn)題。如果您對(duì)產(chǎn)品在你們市場(chǎng)還是有顧慮的話,我們可以接受小批量訂單用來(lái)在你們市場(chǎng)先測(cè)試。

             

             

            進(jìn)入詢(xún)價(jià)后沒(méi)有回復(fù)的,一般2-3天沒(méi)有回復(fù)的可以問(wèn)一下是否收到了,如果是已經(jīng)進(jìn)入郵箱但是已讀不回的,也可以根據(jù)以下的兩種方法跟進(jìn)幾次。

             

             

            (1)The quality and price of our products are the highest in the industry. If your quantity demand is large enough, we will submit a more favorable price. Welcome to email at any time. 我們產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和價(jià)格都行業(yè)性?xún)r(jià)比最高的,如您的數(shù)量需求足夠大,我們會(huì)報(bào)以更優(yōu)惠的價(jià)格,歡迎隨時(shí)回郵咨詢(xún)!
            (2)Have you given any additional thought to my proposal?I’d be happy to do a quick review of it on the phone and answer any and all questions you may have. 您對(duì)我的方案是否有其他的想法呢?我很樂(lè)意通過(guò)電話對(duì)其進(jìn)行快速審核,并回答您可能遇到的所有問(wèn)題。
            (3)Since I haven't heard back from you. I have to assume there might be some issues on our business relationship. Please let me know if I can be of any help. 因?yàn)橐恢睕](méi)收到你回復(fù),我猜想我們合作上應(yīng)該出現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題。能否告知下,我才能改進(jìn)。

             

             

            如果還是沒(méi)有回復(fù)的話,可以再試試以下幾種不同的跟進(jìn)方法。

             

             

            (1)利用有效期的節(jié)點(diǎn)去跟進(jìn),We are in receipt of your inquiry dated on xxx and quote you as follow: XXXXXXX . pls kindly check whether price is workable ? Becasue price will be invalid on xxxx. 直接說(shuō)明自己的價(jià)格優(yōu)惠是到時(shí)候,利用這個(gè)報(bào)價(jià)的有效期給到對(duì)方一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)壓力
            (2)制造事件營(yíng)銷(xiāo),可以利用節(jié)日節(jié)點(diǎn)去做聯(lián)系,Happy xxx and we wish you, your family, company enjoy your holidays.As for xxx, if you need any info,pls contact me at any time. We will try our best to satisfied with your requirements. 比如在一些重要的節(jié)日的時(shí)候送上祝福,說(shuō)不定就接著這個(gè)回復(fù)可以借機(jī)問(wèn)一下關(guān)于上次的報(bào)價(jià),對(duì)方是什么想法才沒(méi)有回復(fù)的

             

             

            /兩篇跟進(jìn)模板

             

            1.  

            Hi John,

            I would like to follow up with the status of the last quotation I sent dated xx/xx/ xxxx.

            May I know if your team is ready to make decision on the item purchase? Is there anything you need to know from us further? (直接問(wèn)詢(xún)問(wèn)對(duì)方的決定

            Beside, we would like to know how do we ranked in term of pricing compare to all your other quotation? We always keen on keeping ourselves competitive and offer the best to our customer. Is it something that you could share with us?(問(wèn)自己價(jià)格怎么樣只為提升自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和服務(wù),很多采購(gòu)都可以接受這一點(diǎn)的。你很有可能從他那邊得到一個(gè)真實(shí)的答案,也有可能借此打開(kāi)一個(gè)本來(lái)沒(méi)有希望的生意。

            How can we help you solve [business challenge]?(標(biāo)題直擊對(duì)方的需求點(diǎn)

            Hi ,John

            Great meeting you yesterday and learning more about the [Company Name] story. ( 一般跟進(jìn)幾次的老客戶(hù)都會(huì)有了解到他們的企業(yè)發(fā)展歷史,可以借這個(gè)話題往下聊)

            I’ve been thinking about your struggle with [business challenge] more, and I think we could help you solve problems by thinking through [your solution]. There are a ton of companies just like yours using our [new product] which helps with [value of product].(承上啟下,因?yàn)閺乃麄兊墓厩闆r了解到他們現(xiàn)在遇到的問(wèn)題,從而引出自己的產(chǎn)品可以幫助解決,很自然的過(guò)渡

            Would you be able to hop on a call sometime this week to discuss more? I can also introduce you to a few of our customers that were experiencing the same issues with their teams prior to using our product.(然后提出方便的話直接電話討論還能說(shuō)一些客戶(hù)使用這些產(chǎn)品之前的時(shí)候也遇到了同樣的問(wèn)題,勾起對(duì)方的興趣,肯定也想知道到底怎么解決的,也省去再等郵件下次回復(fù)的時(shí)間
